Its all good in moderation. During my twenties i would rarely use the net. I could understand the addiction. Its easy to get caught up in all the drama, entertainment, distractions. You can more easily establish an identity online and become very attached to that when on forums or social media. I only have internet on my desktop computer and prefer to keep it that way. When i'm out or traveling, the internet stays at home.
