One of my pet concepts about Deja Vu is that it is not so much a remembrance of having done something before...but more of a spontaneous expansion of awareness. Where we suddenly become so aware in that moment that the increased perception gives us so much more feedback than we are used to, and the only way our psyche can interpret the experience is as something we must have already done before, and that is why it feels like a memory.
