Hi Sentient
I have done Yoga Nidra and it was great but it started to interfere with my sleep. I would lay awake with my eyes open for a long time only to realize my eye are open but my mind was quite like no thoughts at all. Got freaked out.
Also, got sleep paralyses and stopped cause it was to scary.
