Ok, so this is everything I will be copying from that rough translation of the book Places Of Power.
To summarize:
Attached to every human being is a spherical energy structure that guides us and aids in our development. Not all creatures in the cosmos have this, it is sometimes given to civilizations with free will for the reasons mentioned above. The goal of human life is to get enlightened and use the powers gained after enlightenment to aid the human civilization. If productive enough, instead of having a consciousness functioning through white bioenergy, that persons consciousness starts functioning within a luminous body. After death, these people go to places of power, usually old temples. In rare cases, someone can develop to such an extent where he/she gets an even more advanced, more powerful energy structure as his/hers new home - instead of a luminous body.
