Starflower, I have one small clear quartz crystal that I always carry in my pants pocket (short pants in Malaysia), so I'll use it for saying positive healing affirmations, such as, "I am abundantly healthy. Every cell in my body sings to the health and purity that it has. All is well in my soul because I am a totally healed human being."
By the way, how is the flood situation in North Carolina? Are you still experiencing major difficulties in that regard?
