A soul is a spiritual being that God gave birth to and lives in the spirit world but from time to time comes to incarnate in a physical body and becomes and human being and upon death the human being disintergrates and the body remains on earth, the soul goes back to the spirit world together with the mind (the mind is also a spiritual being that is part of the human being).
Jesus have a soul. He had it while he was incarnating as a human being and he still has it now in the spirit world or heaven.
