Simple plan for you;
- Do cardio before you eat breakfast.
- Measure what you eat and do this as a daily routine.
- When you stagnate on your weight, you go down on daily intake, doesnt need to be much.
- Start weight-training, there is nothing that will burn more than a good workout in the gym.
- Have a cheat meal in the weekends, to "shock" your body if you're eating all natural the rest of the week.
