I don’t want to sound rude but messing with human genetic is still illegal in the galaxy. Since majority of planet isn't space bound and dealing with internal affaris. I think that some truly don’t know that they are messing with here in this planet. But honestly I think a lot of hybrids would have very hard time dealing with human since they are still little bit closed minded and only caring about themselves.
