Hi Everyone!

I hope you are all doing amazing! I would really love your help. Can you please explain your signs or experiences of when you are about to Astral Project?

I had an experience last night that has only directed me to this line of thought.

I'll explain:

I don't know how else to explain it other then this way. I was almost asleep and someone was standing there with their hand out. It was a guy, really tall and blonde. He was to my right and then it felt like my body started to shut down. I know this sounds crazy but the only way I can explain it, is then it felt like my heart was about to stop. Then my entire body jerked awake and I shot up straight and my heart was pounding faster then I've ever felt.

Any opinions are really appreciated and if you can relate to this I would looooove to hear your story.
