Hello,i alway's tel myself am fat,am fat.But i have too change the words into i am lookin fine.Simplicity in a diet is the best thing.Stay focus,keep a direct diet,stay in shape.Tell yourself at the end of the week how much weight you wanna lose next week.Don't make it to hard on yourself.Keep it reasonable.Repeat these words every every everyday.After a while it wil be pictured in your mind.It wil be a easyweight loss.Everything is possible!so your thoughts too!
