Thanks in Light why dont you try mediating with crystal grids ! quartz would work really well to increase energy ! work with your guides and telepathy ! a simple method is soul star chakra 6 inches above head , link that to the soul and your 3rd eye ...focus on one guide at a time and have blank mind maybe a simple a picture would come in and be telepathy ! repeading the process might have good results to draw a conclusion!
