Hmm, I am not sure since it is the frequency value of the tones that matters.
I think you would get a different sound output, the stereo effect would be exaggerated maybe?
Something to try some time, I guess I could just swap the +/- cables over on one speaker to try it!
These sounds are usually not listened to on their own, gentle musical scores are used to carry the tones making for a far more relaxing sound scape.
