I think of it as a scale, with, say, a playful punch on the shoulder at one end (obviously much more of a guy thing - even when we're expressing affection towards one another we can be simulating violence
) to sex at the other. All just expressions of love, for me (or at least they
can be), just that the intensity varies widely. I know sex isn't always about love (or at least not so that it shows), but at its best it is, for me, the most amazing expression of love there is
