I'm not following who's who regarding the question, but here's my take on the cards FWIW…
How someone sees you - - Moon -- moody - emotions wax and wane like the moon. Secretive - showing a reflection of yourself - hiding who you really are or feeling that the "true you" only comes out under certain conditions.
How they feel - 4 of Wands - thrilled, excited and surprised. They didn't expect these feelings and didn't want them to change.
What stands between you (and the other person?) - Page of Wands - immaturity and lack of experience. This situation is something new for you, and quite possibly, new to the other person as well.
Outcome - Emporer - Order and regulation. Looks like someone who has the authority to do so will take control of the situation…could be the person has decided for themselves that it is better to abide by rules they agreed to and/or are living under.
