Ebay is indeed safe, but personally don't think the right place to purchase Lemurian seeds. These are quite rare and many say a crystal is a Lemurian seed while it's not. So you'd need a seller who is truly reliable, or you'd have to be able yourself to distinguish them, and I think most cannot.
The shop I myself go to is very reliable, but they have limited assortment in their webshop and they don't sell the Lemurian seeds in there, only in the physical shop.
I have no idea, hope someone else can help out. I would indeed be very careful cos of the scams concerning these crystals.
