If we have to be every form we know on earth before taking on a human form, then what about those forms that came or come into existence later on?
For example, what about the new dog breeds? (many breeds with different characteristics, you can't just say ''you're only once taking a dog body and that's it'' )
It's more complicated then it looks at first sight. There are so many forms and some here say we have to learn it all..
