7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
So here's yet another messenger and he/she is from the altar speaking about righteous judgements. So good and honest onlookers here's two human messengers that are between the third and fourth messengers with the vials. So the third human messenger with his/her prayers spoken into reality I mean poured out his/her vial on the fountains and rivers and the messenger of the waters spoke but there is no human messenger/angel that poured his/her vial on the altar. The other details we can take from these verses already posted is area in which this person is talking about even though it also be symbolic beyond that as well. Just some key words to consider, the Sea, altar, and the rivers and fountains when considering the river Euphrates being mentioned soon.
