Revelations 16:4-5(kjv)
4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
So we had the Earth and the Sea and now the fountains of waters which like the sea also turns to blood. I haven't as yet done a word study into the actual languages used at the time this was written. The difference in verse 4 is that it doesn't say its the blood of a dead man which could be significant. In verse 5 we get another human messenger/angel speaking about righteous judgements which we will see clearly why these actions had to take place. Something else to note is the saying "which art and wast and shalt be which is in the wrong order as far as I have seen.
