Incense ash must make a super fine powder to add to the mix, and an interesting shade of grey. I'd like to see some of your experimental pictures.
The two leaves above were done on windows paint. Dead simple. The idea popped into my mind on wakening up that morning.
I was also reminded of the French artist, Henri Mattisse, who was confined to a wheel chair later in his life. He would paint leaves on his walls using paint brushes that were 3 or 4 feet long.
I was going to have a lie in that day but decided to get up out of bed and switch on the computer.
