Your right in that it’s not a permanent state that one has to be caught up in. I’m a prime example of overcoming empathic entanglements. If we feel and take on, it simply means that point in us has a reaction to balance something within our own being. Noticing and flowing with, is part of emotional empowerment that many empaths feel cannot be overcome.
