The Welsh have Rhiannon. She's probably a reflection of an ancient British deity related to the horse goddess Epona.
Rhiannon is often shown riding a white horse, so has a connection to travelling. She comes from Pembrokeshire as well, so she would have been used to travelling - Pembrokeshire being a peninsular on a peninsular it's pretty isolated even today. Pembrokeshire is also the gateway into Annwn, the British Underworld, where Rhiannon certainly traveled. So, Rhiannon is good candidate for a deity associated with travel.
