As a 25 year non-meat consumer, I wouldn't touch it. Not only do I not have any desire to taste that again, but knowing how damaging it is to my body (and the environment) there's no way I'd eat it again. I value healthy arteries and the likelihood that I'll never suffer from fatty liver disease, MS, several types of cancer and diabetes to name a few diseases that seem to go hand in hand with eating animal products.
