Im seeing two different issues that you are struggling with (correct me if im wrong)
1. Problems with anxiety - which I can relate to. I remember finding an amazing quote one day about this and it put it all into perspective for me.....
"If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.

2. You also say you are concerned about how others see you.....let me let you into a little secret.......we all are even those who say they don't care! We are social animals by nature, it's simply part of your makeup, the key here is to realise that others feel just the same way you do, we aren't so different after all.
