Hi I've been tapping for the last 12 months or so on many issues and as of late I keep wanting to tap in my solar plexus region and I don't even know if that's actually a meridian point.

I do usually when it has to do with insecurities, and feeling of self worth or doubt and I seem to clear the negative feelings rather quickly when I do tap in this area. Can someone provide more information or feedback please?
