Massages also make me sick....one would think it's crazy, but it's true.
My very first massage was a gift for my 18th birthday by a friend who worked at a casino spa...imagine the excitement! The package also included a free solarium session....I got to wear those little thingy cones for the sensitive areas..haha
Anyway, the tiniest framed woman I had ever seen gave me the most painful massage ever! She cracked every bone in my body.
The whole time I wondered where did all that strength come from :O
After it was over and I sighed a sigh of relief, the migraine and nausea came on. It actually took a few days to recover from this horrible experience.
I thought, never again!
The other day, I made the mistake of giving my husband a rolling pin and had him massage ( roll, lol) up and down my back and tense shoulder muscles, and bam! full blown migraine accompanied by nausea.
Wonder if I'll ever learn my lesson!
