Yes, there always is a post-shadow period of some 2 weeks, like there is a pre-shadow period too.
I believe I got through this one reasonably okay. But we're not out of the woods cos we are now in the buildup of the Lion's Gate energies.
So far that's also going okay. I'm trying to really be more aware of what's going on, and I am beginning to notice patterns etc. I do feel that helps.
