I wanted to update this thread to say that my cat is doing well. He hasn't gotten much better, but he also has not gotten worse. He's been enjoying the nice spring weather. One member of the forum generously offered some distance reiki sessions for him, and I'm continuing to treat him myself as I can.
Also, I appologize for not posting this in the forum designated for requests for healing/prayers. I did not discover that area until afterwards.
