yeah mate am ok, meditating every day, started smoking again after 2 weeks of patches since I started again and am now quitting again

just had a nice chat with an old freind

am avoiding ceroc, for the forseeable future and looking into the possibility of going part time at work while I build my strength up and hopefully find another job
