Hi, 11 and 33 are generally Kundalini numbers.
1 looks like an upward pointing arrow, it indicates the rising of Shakti along the spine in the upwards direction. 11 is indicative of the Dual nature (male and solar / female and lunar) of this Energy. There are three channels, the Ida, Pingala and the central channel Sushumna, therefore 11X3=33. This is also the number of vertebrae along the spine, which is why 33 is always associated with awakening and illumination.
In my case, these number come up all the time, in various forms. They are signs from Shakti, the female manifestation of God.
That's my interpretation anyway, but maybe others see it differently.
