3. What was your part in it. This can be small such as you didn't walk away when you should have or you should have been more compassionate.

I noticed a lot of it pertains to my throat chakra abd fear of standing up. An example would be when my aunt said racist stuff towards me. Instead of standing up I didn’t say anything.
