Now, I did work a long weekend at my main job and may just needed some extra self-care and sleep. When we forget to take care of ourselves, we have very little to give to others. When we then give that away we run our head against an invisible wall. That is very irritating
A little secret here is that you are always giving away your energy; the good news is that you have limitless energy to take from. So it is not that you lost too much energy, it is that you overcharged your circuits... thus afterwards felt a lack of energy because your system no longer were up and running full speed.
