What I would do if I were you is pray about it. God can easily do anything, and He (or She or It) can HEAL your relationships.
Just pray something like, 'God, please heal my relationships and help me to say the right things. Bless my life, my relationships, and my future. I give my life to You. Thy will be done. Help me to live wisely, and to love myself and everyone else well. Help me to succeed in my relationships and in life. Amen.'
God most definitely WILL answer your prayers. You can ask for God's help and blessing any time, for any situation, in any relationship.
Take God's hand and walk into the sunlight.
