Hi All

I am a practising reiki practitioner and have focused mainly in the seven main chakras. I know there are another five.

Has anyone here given reiki to those areas before? I wasn’t taught to focus on them but am thinking I would like to know more now and how one would go about it? A couple are in the auric field so how does one go about it? By focusing on them?
