You have to use Noble kava kava and who you buy it from needs to know it is noble through testing it. Non noble kava kava not only causes liver damage, but als a wicked flu like response.
Sam-e is all natural and works better than most Rx there are a few other herbs out there as well that arent as wishy washy as kava kava. Some though have a slightly high effect. I found one site called smokeableherbs.com its all legal natural substances and their benifits are also listed.
