I am trying, experimenting with RUTA GRAV 6c potency.
Why? ....strange. It was the only remedy I already have on a shelf. It is even past its expiry date. I was desperate and figured I don't have anything much to lose (except perhaps an upset stomach! lol)
This is what happened.
Wow! 1st dose -instant relief. Within 5 minutes. I could not believe it.
2nd dose -pretty steady, not bad.
3rd dose -sudden pain though feeling pretty neutral at the time, then an improvement about an hour later.
2nd day Woke feeling ok. That's normal anyway. Same 3 x a day dosage.
Triggers which cause pain still caused pain but the pain was a lot less.
Feel different generally. Sleepiness, tiredness but not unpleasant. Falling asleep while lying on the floor in the evening. A gentle feeling. Something encouraging my body to rest more.
Will keep taking it for a while and see what happens.
