Hi 11x3!

Gosh that is a lot of energy...

The tricky thing for 11 is living with the energy comfortably in the physical body and being able to channel and use the energy in a healthy and balanced way.

Rest - be sure to find ways of relaxing fully and really look after yourself with diet and lifestyle choices. Quiet time, foot off the gas periods are important.

Activities - find creative outlets for your leadership like individuality and inspirations and don't allow the 'mundane' to take over your life too much or the high 11 energy will cause short circuiting and burnout!

Until I learned how to balance things, my 11/22 sent my thyroid skyrocketing for a while. As 11 you have access to so much energy, but need to 'unplug' at times and find the 2 vibe ( slower, quieter, happy to follow along, partnership with others). Because I didn't know I needed to do this, my body simply did it for me!
