Another good suggestion and it could help - the sound of rain. I've recorded a lot of rain but haven't published any. I notice there are few on Youtube - haven't checked any so there'll be good and bad. They'd need to be downloaded and treated using some audio editor like Audacity, so the treble can be cut a bit (to sound more "pink" than "white" as noise goes) and to fade out toward the end, maybe over the last 10 minutes.
It needs to be played through speakers - earphones (in or over ear) are useless for this unless you can guarantee sleeping on your back.
