Sorry ... That isn't the way it works ...
You can't influence another's reality. You can't balance another's thought forms (karma). People don't get what they consciously want and ask for, but what their beliefs and emotions attract.
Natural disasters happen almost everywhere, but their effects are felt individually.
I feel sorry for California. I lived there for over 25 years. Beautiful place ... You learn to live with the constant threat of earthquake, fire, flood, mudslide, with highly priced real-estate, ...
California should do more proactively.
