There are numerous life experiences, not just here on Planet Earth.
Sometimes a soul can reincarnate within a few days, but usually it's quite a few (earth) years before you come back.
"How new life reaps what the old life did sow"...It's the here and now you should be concerning yourself with. The present makes the future.
