My eyes change color but they do have gold around the pupil and at times appear to be bright blue with gold around the pupil. The person who I believe to be my TF also has blue eyes with gold around the pupil. I don't think it means much though. I know lots of people who's third eye is open and who can see things and they all have different colors of eyes.
