The Lords Prayer

Where does this prayer originate from? Sorry to be so ignorant but I don't even know if it is in the Bible.

I take it has Jewish origins. Or is it of Christian origin?

The prayer which goes like this;

"Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name,
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven,
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our tresspasses,
As we forgive those who tresspass against us,
Save us from Evil,
And lead us not into temptation,
For thine is the Kingdom,
The power and the glory,
Forever and ever,
Amen."

Is that how it goes, or have I missed anything?

Thankyou for any information about "The Lords Prayer".
