When I had a feeling like this years ago it was because my heart chakra was a) developing b) removing old stagnant energy that I no longer needed c) opening more.
We often spend the years from 11 to 21 with our chakras being all over the place, so if you are in this age group you may be going through a cleansing, if not it may be that you are opening your heart and clearing anything that blocks your route to love.
