In my experience pressure is not love. Pressure on any area of your body is normally some type of energy releasing either from your energy increasing or from your energy flowing. Instead of focusing on the pressure focus on the emotions you are feeling when the pressure is eminent. Notice what you are thinking about at the time the pressure shows.
An increase of love energy from angels guides or from your higher self could cause pressure in your chest just showing you that you need to release the stagnant energy causing the pressure.
