I haven't had a past life regression but have read an interesting article about how our past life's affect our future, for example if you were killed by hanging it is common to have neck pain or like earthprowler said, fears can occur if something traumatic happened in a past life like being raped or drowning.

I would eventually like to have a past life regression though, I feel like an old soul :)
