You probably couldn't - if time were 'real'. But what we call time seems to just be another spatial dimension so theoretically you could travel around in it the same way as taking a trip to the beach goes? Things that have already happened (in our reckoning) have the same existance as say the mountains and so do a variety of futures we've already been to and come back from? So it is possible to go visit the elsewhen? But the rules that govern the way what we know of as 'time' is 'supposed' to be used are hard to get around, I suppose.
