It would take a book to tell you all about Wicca. I'm sure you know it's a religion, though, that was started in the late 1940's by Gerald Gardner. Traditional Wicca has its own tenets and has eight main Sabbats and monthly esbats to celebrate the full moons. The Sabbats are festivals that mark the turning of the Wheel of the Year - in others words - the seasons. There is also neo-wicca which is much more relaxed, although the Sabbats are still celebrated by most people.

If you're serious about learning then there are some books that you'll need to read (and then some more books and some more lol). To start with I'd recommend the book by Raymond Buckland called The Complete Bood Witchcraft. Then read Scott Cunningham's Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner. And if you're really serious read The Witches' Bible by Janet and Stewart Farrar (the rituals in this book are written for a coven but you can easily tweak them for solitary practice).
