I reckon you need to start thinking more positively. There must be good things about your life. You're alive... There are always good things about most days. Go look for them; take note. Your first positive thought must now be that you can think and be positive. Forget about spirituality as a pursuit for a moment and just consider your situation here on the ground. We're all spirit anyway and things will be revealed to you in time.
