Please help!!!! If appreciate it so much :)Hi. I have been trying to astral project for a week. I have the electrical vibrations right before it "supposedly" happens. I don't believe in anything that's why I'm trying astral. I first relax and feel my body falling asleep and the vibrations. But later I got different vibrations and I could swallow saliva but could not feel my throat much. I felt I was lifting but I think I started thinking and stopped the process if it's even possible.
I also randomly in the day get a feeling like I want to jump out of my skin(literally) and it's without tensing muscles(at least none I'm aware of) and I can also control it. I've heard this can lead to astral projection. I am not one of those people that's crazy or that thinks "oh I did it and say I did this and that and ate a demon or something". I've actually heard that. I need to see it to believe it and then read a note hidden from sight (but I know the location) and I tell my mom. I'm 17 male by the way. Please help if you have don't astral NOT LUCID DREAMS. They may both be cool and different,but astral,being if it's real,it true and NOT A DREAM. Please please help me so I can find my answer!!
