Listen to your body. Every day is different. Tune into your Ujjayi breathing to ease into the stretch. Perhaps turn the heat up in your room to relax your muscles more. But if you can't do a certain pose, you just don't push it. Move to the next and don't be concerned about it. It just is what it is.
