Discipline ..

I used to get up at 5.00 am before I started work when my life was hectic to meditate, my mum used to get up 3 times a night and do yoga and then hold down 4 jobs in the day from dawn till dusk .. Now my life allows me to work on self for 2hrs a day in the evenings ..

My ex says she hasn't the time to meditate or do yoga but she finds the time to watch t.v. ..

I think the self can come up with a zillion excuses as to why they cannot find the time to look and work on self .
